Beads Basic - Introduction to Beading

Round Nose Plier

round nose plier

This is the most commonly used tool in making loops for beads in wire beading projects.

The jaws are conical and as it gets progressively smaller as it gets to the tip.

It is used to make loops on wires, be it on T-pins or head-pins or wires to make round rings.

Another use is in combination with the round nose, which is to open up the ends of a jump ring properly.

Tip:

Choose a good pair of round nose pliers with neat, short noses, which will allow you to make small, neat loops and maintain good control.
